Putting together an importable contact list of all 7000+ State Legislators takes a Minimum of 125 hours, whether calling each state and having a digital or hard copy list sent and then transcribing or importing all 50 lists into a database, or going through all 50 state websites and gathering the records by hand. Some states do make it easy by providing downloadable data. But most don't, and some have been set up to prevent easy gathering of contact information. It's a lot of work.
